We focus on premium assets — residential developments in sought-after locations, commercial properties with quality tenants, and mixed-use projects that serve the evolving needs of a growing, cosmopolitan population. We are not traders. We are owners. And we approach every acquisition with the mindset of a long-term steward, not a short-term speculator.

Our real estate activity is currently in the pipeline and due diligence phase. We are evaluating a focused set of opportunities consistent with our investment criteria and will announce activity as investments are formalised.

High-quality residential developments and units in established and emerging prime locations across Dubai and the wider UAE, targeting the growing population of affluent residents and international buyers.

Grade-A Commercial

Office and commercial assets in premium business districts — particularly the DIFC, Dubai Design District, and other established corporate hubs — occupied by quality tenants on long leases.

Mixed-Use Development

Integrated developments combining residential, retail, and community amenity — designed to create self-sustaining micro-communities with diversified income streams and resilient demand fundamentals.

Investment Criteria

What We Look
for in an Asset

LocationPrime or emerging prime locations with strong connectivity, established infrastructure, and clear long-term demand drivers. We focus primarily on Dubai, with selective interest in Abu Dhabi and key GCC markets.
QualityAssets built or being built to the highest construction and design standards, with specifications that attract and retain quality tenants or owners. We do not compromise on build quality.
SustainabilityA preference for assets that meet or are being developed to meet recognised green building standards, consistent with our ESG commitments and the UAE's Net Zero 2050 agenda.
TenureA minimum intended hold period of 5 years. We are buyers of assets we intend to own through cycles, not traders seeking short-term value extraction.
Return ProfileRisk-adjusted returns commensurate with the quality and duration of the investment. We do not chase yield at the expense of capital preservation or asset quality.
