Small by Design

We are intentionally small. We believe that a small team of exceptional people, working with clarity of purpose and genuine trust in one another, outperforms a large team of adequate people every time. We do not intend to grow for growth's sake.

This means every voice matters. Disagreement is welcome. The best idea wins, regardless of seniority. And everyone is expected to bring their whole professional self to what we are building.
